KUMAR SUPER PRESS SERIES EXPELLERS
Oil seeds are properly cleaned & destoned before further processing. Properly cleaned & de-stoned oil seeds are subjected to size disintegration / flaking to get better efficiency of the machine. This disintegrated seed is subjected to Cooking. In cooking, the oil cell is properly tempered so that after applying mechanical pressure the oil is easily expelled. This cooked seed is subject to mechanical pressing in the Expeller where the oil comes out with some amount of fines. This oil is subject to filtration via Vibro Separator to become sparkling.

• Extra heavy duty spherical roller thrust Bearing on Expeller main shaft for preventing any damage to the gear box, during reverse rotation of the main shaft when the machine is chocked.
• Multistage vertical stack cooker for proper conditioning of the seeds.
• All the bearings are lubricated with the help of a motorized pump to enhance the bearing life.
